The world health organization states by 2020 worldwide depression and anxiety will be the number one disability.

Studies were done at Stanford research institute  Facilitator: Imisa Palta a Stanford Scholar said they had veterans from Afganistan and Iraq who had post-traumatic stress symptoms on a 3-month program with breathing techniques and yoga and the post-traumatic stress symptoms where gone and they did not return even a year later.

This is grand breaking as you know.  The United States as we lose 20 veterans a day Sad fact to suicide so the way we have been treating them through mainly medication and therapy has not really been working.  So this is a big step.  The defense department is now advocating breath and yoga for veterans.
